Rimski Vrelec is located in the upper plains of the foot hills of Mount Uršlje which is rich in iron. The water that has been flowing out of the hills since Roman times have been providing a health resource for centuries, and continues to do so to this day.

Visitors come from all over the region to fill their bottles with this clear water which is so rich in iron that one feels as if one is drinking liquid iron. Its benefits are plenty and will continue to attract visitors for many many years to come.

In our outdoor areas, we have carefully crafted spaces that not only provide shelter but also embrace the beauty of nature. Each corner has been carefully enriched to offer a sanctuary where guests can connect with their surroundings while enjoying the comfort of sheltered amenities.

Furniture and decor are custom-crafted with a nod to the local craftsmanship, utilizing responsibly sourced materials to create a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity. The bungalow rooms are designed for the effective use of small spaces and all wooden surfaces are produced with detailed workmanship.

Our role is initially as Avci Architects to develop the concept design, obtain permits, which is where the project is at the moment and complete all construction documentation, including shop drawing level of details. The investor has asked that we develop the construction strategy and to source materials and workmanship from a diverse range of locations including Serbia, and Turkey. This work will be carried out under Bespoke+ and we will supervise the production of shop drawings, select specialists with the help of the team and main contractor, and agree manufacturing details using shop drawings and one to one on site mock-ups, and supervise the construction of the hotel and glamping units. The project will be completed and opened in June 2026.
