The marina fronting Kempinski Hotel Brazzaville development is located on the banks of the majestic Congo River. The Kempinski Hotel Project is a 5-Star hotel developed on a total area of 30,000 square meters along Amilcar Cabral Avenue in Brazzaville, the capital city of the Republic of the Congo, in central Africa. 

The hotel will house 197 guestrooms and suites with contemporary interiors and floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening out onto overhanging balconies. The rooms are prepared in a fit-out way to be turnkey from top to bottom.

This project came about through a close association with a main contractor in Congo. Our role here was as Avci Architects to initially advise on the selection of a manufacturer who would handle all of the fitting out of 200 rooms in the hotel as well as its public areas. Subsequently we were asked as Avci to supervise the production of the joinery including the supervision of the production of shop drawings, and agreed manufacturing details using shop drawings and one to one on site mock-ups, and supervised the construction of the rooms at times in-situ on site and at times at the factory. The project is under construction and is due for completion in 2025.
